The LPMC staff consists of the Vice President of Property Management and seven Regional Property Managers. In addition, four Compliance Specialists assists personnel to ensure Federal and State regulations are being complied with and residents meet the eligibility requirements set forth by their property's funding.

Blair Maas

Vice President of Property Management

 

Joining Landmark Asset Services, Inc. in 1989, Blair Maas has a proven track record in property management. Having started as a Community Manager, Blair knows first hand what properties need to be managed successfully. In her career, Blair has also worked in the accounting and the development departments of the company. Blair received her Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification in September, 2010.

In April, 2007, Blair was promoted to become the Director of Property Management and oversees over 3,000 apartments in seven states.

During her off-time, Blair enjoys spending time with her family including her husband Gary and their daughter Samantha. Blair enjoys swimming and the beach.

Kelly Barringer

Senior Regional Property Manager

 

Joining Landmark Property Management Company in February, 2004. Kelly Barringer plays an integral part in the continued growth and success of the management company. Kelly oversees all new lease ups. Kelly received his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification in September, 2010. Kelly was promoted to the Senior Regional Property Manager in August, 2011, with all portfolio managers reporting directly to him.

 Kelly holds a BS in Marketing and a BS in Management from Appalachian State University. In addition Kelly is a licensed Real Estate broker in North and South Carolina.

When Kelly is off work he enjoys spending time with his family including his wife Tammy and their five children, Kandyce; twins Mallory and Justin; Chase and Cody. Kelly enjoys sports including golf, basketball and football. He also is an avid traveler and enjoys visiting new places.

Brandon Negron

Training Director

 

Joining Landmark Property Management Co. as the Training Director and a Regional Property Manager in March, 2014, Brandon conveys prior property management experience to the company in training, organization and development along with policy implementation. Brandon has his NALP, CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association and is a member of the NAAEI Faculty, having been certified as a trainer through their Advanced Instructor Training program in 2011. He is an active member of both the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association and the Triangle Apartment Association teaching CAM and CAPS classes to aspiring designees.

    

During his off-time, Brandon enjoys attending professional sporting events, spending time with his family, his wife Donna and their 7 wonderful children. He enjoys embarking in several philanthropic efforts. Brandon is President of the local Pop Warner affiliate in the Piedmont Triad and an Assistant Football Coach at High Point Christian Academy.

Tammy Caudill, C3P

Regional Property Manager

 

 Joining Landmark Property Management Co. in December, 2008, Tammy Caudill started her career as the Community Manager for Royce Gardens and Hillside Towns Apartments in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Tammy was promoted to Regional Property Manager in October, 2010. Tammy received her Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) designation in February, 2013.

 Tammy holds a background in banking and collections and describes her new position as one that is challenging and very rewarding.

 During her off-time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband Kenny and their three children, Zack; Kristin and Calvin. Tammy enjoys spending time in their camper on the lake, soaking up the sun and watching others fish.

 Joining Landmark Property Management Co. in October, 2011, Andrew brings to the company over six years of property management experience. Andrew's prior experience includes residential and HOA property management and Andrew currently holds a South Carolina Property Management license. Andrew received his Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) designation in March, 2013.

Jennifer Stewart

Senior Compliance Specialist

 

Joining the Landmark Group in June, 2001, Jennifer Stewart holds all the knowledge to the computer systems. Jennifer assists the Director of Property Management in assisting the other Compliance Specialists in reviewing paperwork submitted to the Home Office for approval. In addition, Jennifer assists the Home Office staff with computer questions and support. Jennifer was promoted to Senior Compliance Specialist in August, 2011.

Jennifer holds a paralegal degree from Forsyth Technical Community College.

During her off-time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Roger, their son Dylan and daughter, Kyla. When Jennifer is not spending time with her family she enjoys taking care of three horses; her dog; one turtle and a barn cat.

Donna Francis

Compliance Specialist

 

Joining Landmark Property Management Co. in April, 2011, Donna joined us with seven years of experience as a Site Manager. In addition to her compliance duties, Donna assists the Senior Compliance Specialist with computer related questions from the site staff.

Donna has earned a Certificate in Business Project Management from the University College at the University of Maryland, College Park.

 During her off-time, Donna enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren, playing deal Monopoly and loves watching movies, singing, visiting nursing homes and being a volunteer.

Joining Landmark Property Management Co. in September, 2011, Sharon came to our management company as the former Community Manager for Rowan Pointe Apartments where she worked for two years.  Sharon has experience in completing paperwork for both Section 8 and LIHTC programs.

Joining Landmark Property Management Co. in February, 2012, Denise came to our management company with over 20 years as a Premier Relationship/Compliance Manager in the credit card processing industry in Baltimore, Maryland.
Denise has a  certificate in Business Management from Foysyth Technical Community College.
During her off-time, Denise enjoys spending the majority of her time with her family, and also enjoys cooking, decorating, reuniting and meeting new  people.
